1 Introduction & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the crwin platform and all its services. By visiting the crwin.lat website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply to Bangladeshi players. For matters not explicitly covered in this document, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy will apply accordingly.

2 Account Registration

3 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

• The account verification process may require submission of a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued document.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
• If a false identity is provided, the account will be closed immediately and funds may be confiscated.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at crwin: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other deposit methods are accepted.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposit transactions are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Using the correct reference number during a deposit is mandatory; crwin will not be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect reference.
• If suspicious activity is detected in any transaction, crwin reserves the right to suspend the transaction for investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).
• Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.
• Winnings earned from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

crwin offers new players a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

• For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Maximum bonus example: depositing ৳42,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

After claiming a bonus, the following wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal:

• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited amount.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• During wagering, only bets placed on designated game categories will count toward the wagering requirement — confirm the eligible categories with crwin support.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus applies to one account only and can be claimed once.
• Multiple members from the same device, IP address, or household cannot claim the same bonus.
• crwin reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If promotional abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account investigated.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crwin platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to manipulate the system through fraud, hacking, bot usage, or other technical means.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Sharing tokens, credits, or account credentials with other players.
• Exploiting technical glitches or bugs without reporting them.
• Using abusive or threatening language toward other crwin players or staff.
• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.

7 Limitation of Liability

crwin operates as an entertainment platform. crwin's liability is limited in the following areas:

• crwin is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from gaming activity.
• crwin will not be liable if a game is interrupted due to internet connectivity issues, power outages, or device failure.
• crwin is not responsible for failures on the part of third-party service providers (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).
• crwin will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of a user's account credentials.
• Services may be temporarily unavailable during technical maintenance — crwin is not liable for this.

crwin may suspend or close your account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of the Terms is violated.
• If there is suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• If false or misleading information is provided.
• If the account remains inactive for a long period (as per the inactive account policy).
• To meet legal or regulatory requirements.
